Günter M for Apartment Ana S 124.09.2021.Die ruhige Lage, die Nähe zum Meer (200 Meter) und zum Stadtzentrum (300-400 Meter), sowie der Ausblick vom Balkon lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Es steht ein kostenloser Privatparkplatz zur Verfügüng, der Balkon ist nach Südosten ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet, Bett und Matrazen (sehr angenehm, da nicht zu weich) sind noch ziemlich neu und nichts knarzt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
