Newly built, luxurious villa Adrimar has 200 m2 and is located in the yard of 1.100 m2. This beautiful house with a pool of 24 m2 offers guests a relaxing holiday with a bower with grill and gathering place. The spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, superbly equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a complete bathroom are located on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a gallery with a sofa bed for two people. So this holiday home can accommodate 6-8 people.
The house is fully air conditioned, has Wi-Fi included in the price, and satellite television. Guests have access to a swimming pool, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as indoor parking.
Pets are welcome only on request and prior arrangement.
The guest is obligated to pay a deposit of € 500 in cash on the day of arrival. Provided that the guest has not damaged the accommodation unit, the paid deposit is returned to the guest on the day of departure.
