Big Fest - Baška international guitar festival

From Jurandvor to Stara Riva, Baška, this year, for the sixth time in a row, the echoes of the chords of the living guitar legends will be heard. From 17 to 20 August 2017 Baška will turn into a Guitar Mecca – the Municipality of Baška Tourist Board in cooperation with the Association “Hal“ again brings the most eminent world-famous names of jazz-rock fusion wave into the Baška Valley.

Quality guarantee, apart from above mentioned names of world and national guitar scene, is also “Simply the Best“ award from 2016 that the BIG Festival won in the category Manifestations – themed festivals and events for a duration of several days. Winning this award among 74 nominated manifestations across the country confirmed the quality and the uniqueness of the BIG Festival which significantly enriches and enhances the tourist offer of the island of Krk. The award was given by the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies and the tourism magazine “Way to Croatia“.
