Description

Estate Jerini covers 2,300 square meters and consists of two stone villas that can accommodate a total of 10 people, a tavern, wine bar, wellness, gym, outdoor pool with sun deck, outdoor kitchen with terrace, gardens and parking.

The property is about 200 years old, while in 2018 it was completely renovated into a tourist property. Originally, the rural estate consisted of a family house (today the main house for accommodating guests), barns for keeping cattle (today a stone house for accommodating guests), barns for keeping small cattle (sunbathing area), pigsty (laundry), and "guvno" (area round in shape, paved with stone slabs and walled with a stone of about 5 meters in circumference. "Guvno" was primarily intended for grain, wheat, oats, barley, to obtain pure grain which would then be ground and in the end produce bread. When the grain was not in the production, this was a place where family and locals would gather after lunch, on Sundays and holidays, and the gardens where vegetables were grown were turned into gardens with Mediterranean plants: sage, immortelle, lavender, rosemary...
