Villa Ive

The island of Krk is known for its stone villas with a pool, but there are only a few authentically renovated houses on the island. The old stone house that was restored in this beautiful villa dates back to 1939 and is enriched with coastal stone and the old stone volt.

Villa Ive has beautifully furnished rooms for 8 people. The house itself is located in the picturesque, hilly village of Vrh, only 4 km from the town of Krk and offers a lot of equipment and luxury. In the spacious courtyard is a pool of 28 m2 with salt water, a counter-current system and a wooden sun terrace with an outdoor shower and 8 loungers. Behind the house there is a nice grill and a solid wooden table.

This luxurious villa is fully air-conditioned, has W-LAN, satellite TV in the living room and in each bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine and 4 parking spaces.
The villa's 200 m² living space is divided over three floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with dining room, kitchen, a toilet and a new built in sauna. On the first floor there are two double rooms, both with their own bathroom. On the second floor (attic) there are two more double bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. One of them has a bathtub instead of a shower.

The guest is obliged to leave a deposit of 500 € in cash on the day of arrival. If the guest has not damaged the accommodation unit, the deposit will be returned to the guest on the day of departure.
